Butternut Squash stuffing.

This time of year, there are a lot of squashes and pumpkins. Butternut squash has sweet flavor.  Butternut squash also has a lot of nutrients that benefits your health.  There are many delicious dishes to use butternut squash to cook.  It’s easy to peel but I would use the whole squash to cook Butternut Squash stuffing.

 
I-Ingredients:

1 small butternut squash

½ pound of ground turkey

1 egg

1 tablespoon chopped onion

Seasoning: Sugar, salt, black pepper

Some leave of fish mint

II- How to cook:

Wash then cut the squash in two pieces for a cover and a cup, scoop out the seeds. 

Mix the ground turkey with egg, chopped onion, salt, sugar.

Stuff the cup of squash

Option: You can use ground beef, chicken, or pork.  Veggie stuffing use chopped tofu.

III-  How to cook: steam the stuffing squash 15 - 20 minutes.
IV-  Serve: Deep fried some rice noodles and use the fish mint leave of garnish
